At Ceduce, we strive to provide high-quality hair care products and accessories. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Period
Customers have a 14-day window from the date of receiving their order to initiate a return.
2. Return Conditions
- Unopened and Unused: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, hair care products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. For hair accessories, we apply the same standards; items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Original Packaging: All products must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item arrived damaged.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Ceduce does not cover return shipping costs; these are the responsibility of the customer. Customers may request a return label from us, with the return shipping cost deducted from their refund.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within a few business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that meet our return criteria (unopened, unused, and in the original packaging). Please reach out to us to request an exchange. If your requested item is not in stock, we will provide a refund instead.
