All orders are shipped from The Netherlands using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
Processing Times
EU Orders: Processed within 2-3 business days.
Non-EU Orders: Processed within 3-4 business days (additional processing may occur due to customs).

*Packages to non-EU countries may be subject to customs inspection, which could delay delivery by an additional 3-5 business days, or up to 30 days in rare cases.
Shipping Days
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ceduce is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the carrier. For assistance, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged due to shipment, please retain the shipping box, product packaging, and all items received. Contact us at contact@ceduce.nl with details of the damage, and we will assist you.
Customs and Duties
Customs fees, tariffs, or duties are not included in our product prices. For orders to non-EU countries, customs fees may be charged upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict these charges in advance.
We are also unable to declare packages for a value other than the actual amount paid at checkout. Please contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties and taxes.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Due to hygiene standards, hair care products and accessories that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within a few business days.
