Shipping and Delivery
Ceduce offers free shipping for orders over €50 within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Shipping costs for orders below €50 are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as Ceduce is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the packaging remains intact and the product is in its original condition. Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on any hair care products or accessories that have been opened or used. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at info@ceduce.nl. Refunds are processed within a few business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items, with refunds issued via the original payment method. Exchanges are available for eligible items.
